ROSTI evolved from the Tuscan Rostecceria, the neighborhood take-out Italian deli, fast food in a predominantly rural country where there is an abiding reverence for all things fresh, and where people revere The Home, The Hearth and The Kitchen. Our Ravioli are light and delicate, sauced in ROSTIS very own Pomodoro. All food is prepared by ROSTI, from the Focaccia on the Panini to our very own Tiramisu (Italian for pick-me-up), made everyday at each ROSTI location.
